FOREVER YOUNG CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Purpose of this meeting to review the last year events , up coming events , discuss finances and elections of board members.

This year positions open:
Event Coordinator (currently vacant)
Secretary : Margaret Marshall’s 2 year term is over BUT Margaret is letting her name stand
Ways & Means : Brenda Walls’s 2 year term is over BUT Brenda is letting her name stand

We want and NEED club member’s ideas and input to keep the Forever Young Club Mb fresh and fun.

We have may volunteer positions at the dances that do not involve in attending meetings.
